These terms apply to this website and to the messaging services our brands run on Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, SMS, email and web chat. Purchases are governed by the terms published on the brand store you buy from.
This site and these services are operated by Green Telescope Pty Ltd, ABN 28 607 343 135, of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Our brands include Court Carbon and Delta X Coach.
When you message one of our brands or comment on its posts, replies may be written by an AI assistant acting for the brand. We aim for accurate answers, but product details, prices, launch dates and availability are confirmed only on the brand's store and your order confirmation. You can ask to stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP or telling us in the conversation.
We keep the information here accurate and current, but brand ranges, prices and availability are set on each brand's own store and may change without notice here.
All prices on our brand stores are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments or Stripe.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or our messaging services.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria have jurisdiction.
