Green Telescope Pty Ltd is a privately owned Australian company registered in Victoria. We design, source and sell consumer products under our own brands. Each brand runs its own online store, its own customer service team and its own published policies, and Green Telescope is the legal entity behind all of them.

How we work

• Own stores. Each brand sells through its own online store. We do not sell through this page.
• Australian stock. Products are held and dispatched in Australia, with tracked delivery.
• Secure payment. Card payments are processed by Shopify Payments or Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
• Real support. Every brand publishes a support email and phone number, and replies within one business day.
• Consumer guarantees. Everything we sell is covered by the Australian Consumer Law, on top of each brand's own returns policy.

Returns and refunds

Each brand publishes its own shipping, returns and refund policy on its store, and that policy applies to your order. Across all of our brands:

• Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
• Faulty or damaged on arrival. Tell the brand's support team within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we arrange a replacement or refund at our cost.
• Change of mind. Where a brand offers change of mind returns, the item must be unused and in its original packaging, and the window is stated on that brand's site.
• Refund method. Refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 5 business days of the return being received.

Green Telescope Pty Ltd handles personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. This policy covers this website and applies alongside each brand's own privacy policy.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, email address, phone number and delivery address
• Order and payment details. Card payments are processed by Shopify Payments or Stripe, and we do not store full card numbers
• Messages you send us by email, SMS, WhatsApp or web chat
• Website usage data and cookies used to run and improve our sites

How we use it

• To process, deliver and support your orders
• To answer your questions and keep you informed about your purchase
• To send marketing you have agreed to receive. Every message carries an easy way to opt out
• To meet our legal and accounting obligations

Who we share it with

Only the providers we need to run the business: payment processors, delivery carriers, our online store platform, email and messaging services, and our accountants. We do not sell personal information.

Security and retention

Data is held on access controlled systems in Australia and the United States, and kept only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or raise a concern, by emailing hello@greentelescope.com.au. If you are not satisfied with our response you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

We keep the information here accurate and current, but brand ranges, prices and availability are set on each brand's own store and may change without notice here.

All prices on our brand stores are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments or Stripe.

4. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria have jurisdiction.
